House Rules
- No smoking inside (balcony smoking permitted)
- No pets allowed
- No parties or events
- Quiet hours: 15:00-17:30 and 23:00-07:00

Capacity & Guests
- Children occupying existing beds with parents are free of charge and do not count toward capacity.
- Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded.
- Exception: Apartment 2 can accommodate up to 6 guests upon request.
Cleaning
The apartment is thoroughly cleaned before your arrival. During your stay, we provide cleaning service every third day.
Damage Deposit
We do not require a damage deposit. Our apartments are covered by civil liability insurance.
Booking & Cancellation
Our policies depend on how you book:
Direct Bookings (via this website)
- 30% advance payment required to confirm your reservation.
- The advance payment is non-refundable.
- Remaining balance due on arrival.
General Cancellation Terms
For reference, standard booking platform terms typically follow this structure:
- Free cancellation up to 2 months before arrival.
- Cancellation within 2 months of arrival: 50% of total charged.
- No-show: 100% of total charged.
