House Rules & Policies

Please review our policies to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone.

House Rules

  • No smoking inside (balcony smoking permitted)
  • No pets allowed
  • No parties or events
  • Quiet hours: 15:00-17:30 and 23:00-07:00

Check-in: 15:00 - 00:00

Check-out: until 10:00

Need different times? Just ask — we'll try to help.

Capacity & Guests

  • Children occupying existing beds with parents are free of charge and do not count toward capacity.
  • Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded.
  • Exception: Apartment 2 can accommodate up to 6 guests upon request.

Cleaning

The apartment is thoroughly cleaned before your arrival. During your stay, we provide cleaning service every third day.

Damage Deposit

We do not require a damage deposit. Our apartments are covered by civil liability insurance.

Booking & Cancellation

Our policies depend on how you book:

Direct Bookings (via this website)

  • 30% advance payment required to confirm your reservation.
  • The advance payment is non-refundable.
  • Remaining balance due on arrival.

General Cancellation Terms

For reference, standard booking platform terms typically follow this structure:

  • Free cancellation up to 2 months before arrival.
  • Cancellation within 2 months of arrival: 50% of total charged.
  • No-show: 100% of total charged.
