Welcome
Arokaria is named after the Araucaria tree that has been growing in our garden for twenty-five years — what started as a small plant in a vase is now a giant, and a symbol of the care behind everything here. These two apartments are our family home, shared with you.

A 78 sqm home for families and friends, with a sun-soaked balcony that becomes your breakfast room. Two bedrooms with double beds, a full kitchen, and the kind of calm that lets you hear the sounds of nature.
The same warmth, with a few extras.
Same generous layout as its sibling, with an extra WC and a microwave for those easy evenings in. The balcony faces the garden and the Araucaria tree that gave us our name.
The Island
The town center is five minutes on foot. The beaches — Porto Katsiki, Egremni, Kathisma — beyond their natural beauty, offer the chance to drive through the island's unique landscapes.
Tavernas with tables on the waterfront. A morning market with tomatoes that actually taste like tomatoes. Streets narrow enough that neighbors say good morning.
From our door: the marina is a short walk, the nearest beach five minutes by car, and Porto Katsiki — the one on all the postcards — about forty minutes of beautiful coastal road.
