What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 15:00 to midnight. Check-out is by 10:00. If you need flexibility, just ask — we'll do our best to accommodate.
Is parking available?
Yes, there's free public parking in the area. Availability may vary depending on the season.
Who are the apartments suitable for?
Everyone! Our apartments are spacious and in a safe residential area. We welcome couples, groups of friends, and families with children of all ages.
Are towels and bed linen provided?
Yes, fresh towels and quality bed linen are provided and included in your stay.
Is there air conditioning?
Yes, every room has its own air conditioning unit for your comfort.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, free high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.
Is the kitchen fully equipped?
Yes! You'll find an oven, stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine (including Nespresso), cookware, dishes, and utensils.
Is there a washing machine?
Yes, each apartment has its own washing machine.
How far is Lefkada Town center?
Just 7-8 minutes walk. You'll find restaurants, cafes, shops, and the marina all within easy reach.
How do we get to the beaches?
The closest beaches (Ai Giannis, Myloi, Gyra, Ammoglossa) are about 5 minutes by car. Famous beaches like Porto Katsiki and Egremni are 30-45 minutes drive.
Is the apartment cleaned before arrival?
Yes, the apartment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before each guest's arrival.
Are there quiet hours?
Yes, we ask guests to respect quiet hours: 15:00-17:30 (siesta) and 23:00-07:00 (night).
Can we bring pets?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our apartments.
Is smoking allowed?
The apartments are strictly non-smoking. You may smoke on the balcony.
Is there heating for winter stays?
Yes, heating is available for cooler months.
Is a baby crib available?
Yes, we have a crib available free of charge. Just let us know when booking so we can have it ready.
Is there cleaning during our stay?
Yes, we provide cleaning service every third day during your stay.
Do we need a car in Lefkada?
Highly recommended. The town center is walkable, but you'll need a car to reach the beaches. Most guests either rent a car or drive their own.
How do we get to Lefkada?
The nearest airport is Aktion (PVK), about 25 minutes away. Taxis and bus service are available from the airport. If you're driving, Lefkada is connected to the mainland by bridge — no ferry needed.
What languages do you speak?
Greek and English.
Is there a minimum stay?
Minimum stay varies by season. Contact us and we'll let you know for your dates.
How is payment handled?
30% advance payment via bank transfer to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due on arrival.
Is there any construction nearby?
Yes, there is a building under construction next door during the summer 2026 season. There may be some daytime noise on weekdays and parking availability may be reduced. We are happy to answer any questions about this.
